Phenom, an HR technology SaaS platform, was scaling fast from 60 to 1,500 employees in 3 years earning Series B and Series C funding rounds.
But its external communications function hadn't kept pace with its ambition. There was no structured PR program to tell the company’s stories consistently at the time when visibility mattered most. The opportunity was to build a PR engine that could generate sustained earned media momentum while positioning Phenom as a category leader in HR technology. -
Having partnered with an agency, I developed the PR strategy and media relationships to generate a consistent media presence at scale to secure multiple Series funding.
